Challenge for students and parents to turn off cell phones in motor vehicles to focus everyones attention on driving safely. The purpose of the challenge is to develop lifelong safe driving habits by turning off cell phones and other electronic devices when they are in motor vehicles and when they are walking or riding bicycles.
